Position Overview

The Cocktail Server plays a vital role in maintaining service standards within designated food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and acting as a liaison between guests and the kitchen. The Cocktail Server is dedicated to providing exceptional service to both internal and external guests, embodying the culture of La Cantera Resort and Spa while promoting the establishment as a premier destination and employer of choice.

Qualifications
  • Preferred high school diploma
  • Current Food Handlers Certificate and TABC certification
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong focus on guest needs, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor
  • Previous service experience is advantageous
  • Experience with point of sale systems is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
