Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance failures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic repairs and preventive maintenance as assigned by the maintenance team leader.
  • Utilize assembly drawings, P&IDs, and manuals to tune equipment for optimal operation.
  • Apply electrical and logic principles to solve equipment problems and ensure seamless integration with our SCADA system.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to provide technical support and training on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to GMP and safety guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain our SCADA system, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in food processing, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment with sophisticated control systems.
  • Electrical background preferred, with general mechanical knowledge and electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Proficiency in Rich's SCADA system and ability to work in a self-directed team environment.
  • Basic plumbing, metalworking, and general facilities/building maintenance knowledge.
  • Awareness of and ability to follow Associate Safety guidelines and GMP/Food Safety guidelines.
