Position - Customer Service Representative

This role is pivotal in addressing the distinct and varied needs of our clientele while maintaining exceptional service standards and optimizing efficiency. Additionally, this position will collaborate with sales personnel to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; some college education is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role; experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and precise information regarding customer order statuses and product inquiries.
  • Manage all forms of client interactions, including incoming and outgoing calls, electronic requests, and face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Process customer orders and modifications in accordance with established departmental guidelines.
  • Act as the liaison for Brady Sales Representatives regarding open orders.
  • Oversee various accounts and monitor outstanding orders.
  • Retrieve and provide Material Safety Data Sheets as needed for clients.
  • Investigate customer issues and ensure they are resolved effectively.
  • Offer administrative support to management, including report generation, data entry, and filing tasks.
  • Engage in additional projects as assigned by the supervisor.
