Job Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and specifications.
  • Create detailed project plans, including resource management, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
  • Manage project finances, monitor expenses, and address any discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Lead and support project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Communicate project updates and challenges to clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into project execution.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager, managing a variety of commercial construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and problem-solving.
  • The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work efficiently under pressure.
