**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute scheduling routines to support and meet the company strategy, performance objectives, and customer expectations, while adhering to global processes and business rules.
- Plan and establish finite production schedules to ensure product availability and achieve target business line service levels.
- Monitor materials inventories, track production progress, and conduct daily meetings with the production team.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure alignment and run root cause analysis when needed.
- Issue and respond to alerts, and maintain close communication with customer service, manufacturing, and raw material teams.
Responsibilities and Challenges:
- Convert the weekly master production plan into a daily production schedule and optimize the production sequence to meet defined objectives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize the schedule, handle execution-level changes, and align on future maintenance plans and specific manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct scenario management based on exceptions and constraint violations.
- Collaborate with planning to mitigate unplanned plant interruptions or handle rush supply requests.
- Analyze scheduling metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and report schedule performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate supply-related risks.
- Maintain scheduling-related master data, including SKU-machine mappings, changeover matrices, run rates, and minimum run sizes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing operation and/or supply chain planning role.
- 1-2 years of finite scheduling experience, including raw material deployment and execution.
- Experience with SAP MRP scheduling is preferred.
- APICS certification is preferred.
- Experience with advanced planning/scheduling solutions, such as JDA/Blue Yonder, is preferred.
- Experience in a chemical compounding environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required.
