- Partnering with the Regional Leadership Team and functional management to develop, implement, and monitor HR strategy, standards, and compliance.
- Leading the development of high-quality partnerships across the school and other supporting functions to ensure HR operational excellence.
- Acting as a point of escalation for high-level employee relations, performance management, or grievance matters.
- Developing and deploying initiatives focused on increasing staff engagement and wellbeing in consultation with relevant leadership.
- Managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Coordinating annual salary review processes across the Region to ensure consistency and appropriate budgetary alignment.
- Participating actively as a member of the Global HR team and ensuring Regional alignment with progression and implementation of strategic priorities.
- Able to effectively communicate relevant information across the organization and to appropriate stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

Tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience in a broad, senior HR generalist capacity.

Experience of leading and supporting an organization through significant change, and managing engagement and consultation processes in a complex, multisite organization.
Demonstrated experience with interpreting and applying knowledge of employment-related laws and agreements and providing advice to management and employees.
Experience with HR information systems, in delivery of operational HR support.
Proven experience transitioning strategic initiatives into the day-to-day operations.
Ideally, experience in the school or education sector.
SHRM- CP and/or SHRM – SCP Certification
5+ years in a managerial role, leading an HR team.
