Job Opportunity

Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to provide school-based therapy services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations to develop care plans with clients and their families.
  • Provide individual, family, or group therapy as appropriate, and document all clinical interventions in accordance with CIFC Health policy and state regulatory expectations.
  • Consult with providers within and outside the agency regarding treatment plans and progress of patients.
  • Coordinate with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic and consultative needs, and refer as necessary for medication management.
  • Attend clinical team meetings as assigned and meet productivity standards as outlined annually during employee's performance appraisal review.
Requirements
  • Must hold a current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Competitive compensation is offered.
  • CIFC Health is a NACHC approved site, eligible for the submission of loan forgiveness applications.
