Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team. This role involves assembling components for woodworking machinery produced by our company. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and functionality of parts while making necessary adjustments to meet specified tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply mechanical blueprints for successful machine assembly.
- Utilize mechanical skills and tools to perform diagnostics and verify accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions based on test data.
- Review production checklists for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
- Support team members and maintain a clean workstation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in assembly production.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production efficiency processes.
- Strong communication skills and reliability as a team player.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay range: $18-24/hr based on experience.
- Quarterly bonus potential of $480 (estimated additional $1/hr).
- 17 vacation days provided upon hire, prorated by start date.
- 11 paid holidays included.
- Immediate enrollment in a 401(k) plan with employer contribution of 50% up to 6% of employee contribution.
