Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Counselor to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating the arrival of Job Corps students, developing partnerships that benefit the center and its students, and ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of student data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and coordinate the arrival of Job Corps students
  • Develop and maintain partnerships that benefit the center and its students
  • Determine student qualifications, eligibility, and suitability for Job Corps enrollment
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and integrity of student data
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field, and two years of related experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The candidate must also have a valid in-State driver's license and meet company insurability requirements.

What We Offer

Adams and Associates, Inc. offers a competitive salary of $43,888 annually, plus monthly incentive pay for meeting recruiting goals and finding successful students. The company also provides a full benefits package, including 11 holidays per year, access to an ESOP and 401k matching after one year of service, 10 days of sick time, and 10 days of vacation time in the first year.
