CDL-A Intermodal Truck Driver Opportunity

As an Intermodal Truck Driver with Schneider, you will have the opportunity to travel to various locations across the country to haul freight. This role requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a minimum of 12 months of Class A driving experience. You will be responsible for hauling containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 100% no-touch freight that is 80% drop-and-hook. You will also drive in and out of railyards within 200 miles of rail ramp and receive paid flights to and from destinations. The schedule is 3 weeks out and 1 week home.
Pay and Benefits
You will receive mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. You will also receive paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Additionally, you will be eligible for an annual bonus of 3% of annual gross pay each year. Schneider offers a 401(k) savings plan with company match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and unlimited referral bonuses. You will also receive $200/month tuition reimbursement (up to $7,000) for qualified drivers and credit for Military Experience and Military Apprenticeship programs, plus more military benefits.
Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a minimum of 12 months of Class A driving experience are required. A tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred. You must be willing to fly and meet the qualifications outlined by Schneider.
