We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Parcel Van Driver to join our team at our Pensacola, FL Distribution Center. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that offers a unique blend of a fun and professional work environment.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving a parcel van on local routes, delivering products to clients and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. As a Parcel Van Driver, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers face-to-face, build relationships, and make a positive impact on the community.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a parcel van on assigned routes, following established delivery schedules and procedures.
- Deliver products to clients in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and efficient driving record, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Operate power industrial equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
- Valid US driver's license.
- 6 months of experience driving a parcel van or larger vehicle.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to maintain a safe driving history.
- Knowledge of area.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Salary and IncentivesThe estimated annual salary for this position is $34,400-$43,800 based on a 40-hour workweek and overtime pay. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6%.
