About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that capture the essence of the Armand de Brignac brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop brand strategies to implement the brand vision and contribute to the growth and desirability of the brand.
- Lead program and activation development to drive brand and business performance while bringing the brand platform to life.
- Create new BTL tools, point of sale, and gifting/merchandise items to support brand activations.
- Lead new product development projects, working closely with operations, NPD, and finance from idea concept through to development and launch plans.
- Manage brand budget, A&P tracking, and annual global brand planning process.
- Minimum 7-10 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably with experience in alcohol beverage and knowledge of the U.S. three-tier distribution system.
- Strong knowledge of brand management with a proven track record.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work independently, to generate output, and deliver at pace; a do-er who makes things happen.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a complex environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Motivated by start-up culture, agile, and action-oriented; leans in to fill the gaps and deliver projects successfully.
- Experienced in contributing to product development and launches.
