We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our Telehealth Central Monitoring team at St. Luke's Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and counseling to our Virtual Care Nurse Supervisors. You will also collaborate with other care teams to share knowledge and plan for optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervisory oversight for the Central Monitoring team, ensuring the safe and effective monitoring of patients in our hospitals.
- Collaborate with acute care bedside teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Attend safety huddles and contribute to the development of strategies to improve patient safety.
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, including AI, to enhance patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in a telemetry setting, with a strong preference for experience in Central Monitoring.
- Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
