Citizens Private Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Luxury Financial Services Professional to join our team as a Private Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our Core Banking Division, you will engage directly with affluent and high-net-worth clients to deliver tailored financial solutions that address their unique needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, broadening, deepening, and retaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals. You will do this by proactively engaging these clients in deep discovery conversations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a Private Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans. You will also introduce opportunities to segment partners, such as Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Home Loan Officers, and Small Business Partners, based on the client's financial goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring qualified new-to-wealth relationships through leads and developing internal and external referral sources.
- Performing regular proactive outreach to manage, deepen, and retain relationships, creating remarkable experiences.
- Conducting thorough discovery to understand family dynamics, goals, and objectives, becoming the client's trusted relationship manager.
- Engaging with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans and strategize on presenting Citizens solutions.
- Introducing opportunities to segment partners based on financial goals.
- Providing regular value-added engagement with clients, including high-touch meetings, consistent communication, and access to financial education materials.
- Leveraging Salesforce CRM to document client interactions in detail.
- Building an activity-based business development plan centered around proactive outreach and follow-up behaviors.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment.
- Experience cultivating relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum,
based on experience and qualifications.
