Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, providing personalized care and support in the home setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in home healthcare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
