Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions at the register, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter and obstacles.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including arranging displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
