Job Summary

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic pediatric healthcare setting. As a member of our team, you will work closely with registered nurses to deliver exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Perform various tasks as competency documentation designates
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment
Requirements
  • A minimum of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent achievement
  • Patient care experience in a pediatric healthcare setting preferred
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or other healthcare-related certification
  • One year of experience in a clinical setting, providing patient care
  • Current AHA BLS Certification
