Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician II plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This position requires a skilled tradesperson to perform a wide range of maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities- Perform all facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks.
- Conduct interior repairs related to walls and doors.
- Electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches.
- Change AC filters, check coils, clean, and repair as necessary.
- Perform annual unit inspections.
- Ensure the turnover of units within 5 days.
- 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience.
- Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- CADL, clean DMV, and reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification a plus.
