Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician II plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This position requires a skilled tradesperson to perform a wide range of maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks.
  • Conduct interior repairs related to walls and doors.
  • Electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches.
  • Change AC filters, check coils, clean, and repair as necessary.
  • Perform annual unit inspections.
  • Ensure the turnover of units within 5 days.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • CADL, clean DMV, and reliable transportation.
  • HVAC certification a plus.
