Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Worker to join our weekend team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving the maintenance, repair, protection, and overall appearance of the Davis Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn facility and grounds.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing lightbulbs, changing batteries, and cleaning up the property
  • Repair broken items and check rooms to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Keep the pool maintained, ensuring the chemistry and temperature meet health department standards
  • Remove snow and secure the grounds

Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

No experience is required - we will train for this entry-level position. If you can meet these requirements and perform this full- or part-time job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our weekend repair team.
