Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of services.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Advanced business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

  • Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year.
