Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator/Manager to join our team at Infinity Systems. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing technical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate workshop planning and third-party technical planning to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Control and implement testing and planning processes to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Lead the planning directories and ensure all project documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate and distribute project documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the interface between project and production planning, factory production, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries from planning offices, clarifying and answering questions to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Resolve technical inquiries, if necessary, in consultation with internal and external departments.
  • Monitor the implementation of project-specific, production-related, and assembly-related requirements in workshop and technical planning.
  • Review workshop documents for completeness and accuracy to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Determine the need for purchased parts and cooperation services based on available planning documents.
  • Lead the change management process in planning and assist in identifying deviations from the scope of work.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent project management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of technical project planning and management principles, as well as experience working with project management tools and software.

Additionally, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
