IT Department Head

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced and skilled Department Head of IT to lead their Professional Services team in Bolivia. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the department, ensuring smooth customer service and setting and achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure departmental performance
• Develop solutions and select suitable technologies and architectures
• Optimize processes within the department and in customer projects
• Manage employees within projects or a team
• Ensure excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT consulting

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in a similar position with specialized expertise
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to travel
