About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at WFF Facility Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial heating and ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, service, repair, and installations on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned.
  • Operate and perform diagnostic system checks on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned.
  • Complete all required documentation, including work orders, report status of faulty equipment and systems, parts requirements, and manhour reports.
  • Maintain awareness of location and areas served by all heating and ventilating equipment and systems.
Requirements
  • High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-year Military, Vocational, or apprentice training in HVAC.
  • Journeyman HVAC license.
  • Five years experience in commercial HVAC.
