Job Overview

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced community hospital setting where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients. As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Wyoming
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
