Position SummaryThe Training Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Training Instructor by managing the corporate training initiatives and overseeing the curriculum for the company’s training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to the established guidelines and schedule for training new technicians and sales personnel, which includes a comprehensive week of classroom instruction, followed by specialized training in pest control and termite management.
- Manage orders for correspondence courses related to the Advanced and Master Technician Program, along with necessary training materials.
- Assemble training manuals and laminated resources for the Commercial Pest Control training sessions.
- Prepare sales presentation materials for training classes.
- Assist the Training Instructor in selecting appropriate training resources and media.
- Coordinate catering and accommodation arrangements for training events.
- Act as the primary contact for any inquiries regarding training needs.
- Administer assessments for training sessions and evaluate test results as required.
- Prepare certificates for successful training participants.
- Provide ongoing training support to field employees.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of training participants.
- Input data for new hires and terminations, while also tracking the progress of the Technician Advancement Program.
- Contribute to the team by performing additional tasks as assigned by the Training Coordinator or Director of Training.
Note: Occasional Saturday and evening work may be necessary.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
