Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, with top performers earning well over $100,000. This role offers a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity.
Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting face-to-face with our customers in their homes and helping them find the best flooring products for their needs. You will utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations, while maintaining a professional demeanor and presenting confidently in Luna-branded apparel.
You will also be expected to attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually, as well as achieve a minimum of self-generated sales each month through business development. Additionally, you must be available for evening and weekend appointments to accommodate customers' schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices
- Presentation and sales skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
