Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.
  • Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journeys.
  • Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the appropriate state.
  • One to two years of relevant experience in obstetrics, postpartum, women's care, or emergency services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred.
