FASTSIGNS #50301 is seeking a dedicated full-time Sign Fabrication Expert to contribute to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize layouts to accurately position computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphics on specified materials.
- Prepare materials for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.
- Remove excess vinyl from computer-cut designs, employing various weeding techniques based on the size and complexity of the graphics.
- Operate and maintain printing equipment.
- Conduct quality assurance checks before and after production by interpreting work orders and identifying errors.
- Execute finishing tasks such as laminating and mounting printed materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sign production is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4 hours or more).
- Capability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Flexibility to lean over work surfaces and perform repetitive hand motions.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
- Experience with light power tools is a plus.
