Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths and areas requiring support.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and abilities.
  • Provide direct therapy interventions, utilizing a variety of techniques to improve clients' motor skills, cognitive function, and sensory processing.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor client progress closely, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on strategies to support therapy goals and promote continued improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
