Job Summary

The Co-op/Intern will assist in the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and services to support business operations. This may include working on projects related to IT services, such as:

  • Project management and coordination
  • IT service delivery and support
  • System development and maintenance
  • Business process improvement

Responsibilities

The Co-op/Intern will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of IT projects
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business needs
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and knowledge base

Requirements

To be eligible for this Co-op/Internship, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Be available to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week
  • Have a valid U.S. driver's license (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Be able to secure own transportation to and from work each day

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IT service management, system development, and business process improvement is highly desirable.
