Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in fermentation process development and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of microbial physiology, metabolism, and fermentation principles.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis, experimental design, and process control systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with operating laboratory bioreactors ranging from 1L to 100L.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices in the biotechnology sector.
