About the Position

The Property Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of new properties and associates into Avenue5 Residential. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new properties and associates.
  • Collaborate with operations leads to assess the needs of the property before, during and after the transition.
  • Ensure that integration tasks assigned to others are completed and documented in Salesforce.
  • Prepare communication for residents and suppliers.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Three to five years of property management experience required.
  • Two to three years of direct management experience required.
  • Prior experience in Yardi Voyager, RentCafé, RealPage, OneSite or other equivalent systems preferred.
  • Prior experience in Salesforce preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of local, state and federal Fair Housing laws.
