Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Advisor, your main responsibility will be to engage with clients to assess their comprehensive financial needs, offering personalized advice to help them achieve their financial security and planning objectives. You will create and implement customized strategies to protect clients' assets and income, ensuring their long-term financial stability. Regularly reviewing and adjusting clients' financial plans and insurance policies will be essential to adapt to any changes in their circumstances or goals. Additionally, you will build a strong client network through referrals and active community engagement.


Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. While experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to foster enduring client relationships. We welcome individuals from various business development backgrounds with uncapped earning potential, including those from Medical Device, Education, Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental, Military, and more. Candidates will need to obtain state insurance licenses, with training and sponsorship available.
