Nursing Leadership Coordinator

Job Overview
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor at ECHN oversees and coordinates patient care activities, ensuring efficient, effective, and compassionate care delivery. This role involves allocating resources, providing clinical and administrative leadership, and promoting the nursing profession while representing the organization positively.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating staffing needs, administering personnel distribution, and utilizing resources to optimize patient care
- Participating in quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and experience
- Assessing patient placement and care needs, following emergency protocols, and responding to emergent situations
- Mentoring staff to promote professional growth and adherence to hospital procedures and policies
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or current enrollment in a nursing program
- Registered Nurse license from the state with at least three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Certification is highly desirable, particularly Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
