Key Responsibilities:- Install and retrofit access control systems, vehicle gate systems, intrusion alarms, CCTV systems, and other security-related equipment in commercial settings.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of security systems, including access control systems, vehicle gate systems, intrusion alarms, and CCTV systems.
- Install and terminate low-voltage cabling and fiber optics in controlled environments, such as data centers.
- Assemble and install electronic components, including audio/video systems and network hardware.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and service work on security systems.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality guidelines and expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Working knowledge of fall prevention standards and ability to safely operate aerial lifts, man lifts, bucket truck/lifts, and aerial platform equipment.
- Ability to squat, crawl, stoop, climb, carry, bend at the knees and waist, lift, hold, and secure equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to demonstrate proper use of standard tools, saws, drills, ladders, etc.
- Acceptable results during pre-employment screening, including employment verification, background checks, and drug screening.
