Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team at Aptive Environmental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pest control services to our customers in the Knoxville, TN area.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer pest concerns and issues through daily route management
  • Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided
  • Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, implementing efficient and effective pest solutions
  • Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
  • Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of any issues encountered
  • Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use
Qualifications
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training
  • Valid US driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years
  • Pass a drug test and background check
