About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meat Department Manager to lead our team at Hometown Foods. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our meat department operates efficiently and effectively, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  2. Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and optimize stock rotation procedures.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of promotions and events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
