The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and driving continuous improvement in our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with suppliers to meet customer requirements and minimize risk
  • Manage supplier performance and delivery trends, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and drive actions to prevent delays
  • Provide regular written updates on mission-critical parts and delivery performance
  • Track and analyze delivery performance trends, initiating root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • US citizenship required
  • College degree preferred; additional experience may be substituted
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or related industries
  • Valid driver's license and successful completion of pre-employment motor vehicle history check
  • Expertise in supply chain management, production control, and shop floor management
  • Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and risk management preferred
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
