Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Supply Chain Manager to oversee the efficient operations of central supply functions. This role involves planning, managing, and coordinating activities to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of employees to ensure they are following established procedures and meeting organizational standards.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the sterilization and distribution of medical supplies meet the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or healthcare administration.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in hospital materials distribution, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of supply chain management systems, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
