Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sewing and Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team at our Greenfield, Indiana location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Sewing and Fulfillment departments, ensuring seamless execution of production schedules, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of industrial sewers, fulfillment associates, and drivers to ensure timely and accurate completion of production tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to develop and implement effective production schedules, ensuring maximum output and material yield.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial sewing, or fulfillment operations, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with technology, including scheduling and shipping software, is highly desirable.
