Job Summary

The Catering Event Staff will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests at catering events. Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the seamless delivery of food and beverages to our guests, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Bar Operations: Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to guests at catering events.
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with event setup and breakdown tasks, including moving and arranging furniture, glassware, and other equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Customer Service: Engage with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing requests.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing 10-25 pounds, such as trays of food or beverage supplies, and perform tasks requiring physical movement, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Certification: Bartenders must hold a relevant certification (e.g., TIPS certification).
Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for the Catering Event Staff positions ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and position.
