Job Title: Preschool Teacher Leader

We are seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher Leader to join our team at Mrs. Teapot's Tiny Tots. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning educational activities, and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our children.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
Leadership RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our team of educators. As a Preschool Teacher Leader, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with state regulations
• Planning and implementing educational activities that meet the needs of our children
• Supervising and guiding educators to ensure high-quality care and education
• Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and activities
• Communicating with parents and caregivers through regular updates and conferences

Requirements• 3 years of experience working in early childhood education required
• Oregon State Early Learning Division Background Check Registry enrollment required
• Health and Safety online class completion required
• Food Handler's Card online class completion required
• Infant/Toddler CPR and First Aid class completion required
• Recognizing And Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect online class completion required
• Oregon Safe Sleep online class completion required
