The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time, 40-hour Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team through our Transition to Practice program. This program is designed to help newly graduated NPs and PAs develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in autonomous practice.

The successful candidate will work in a clinical capacity on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with Thursday dedicated to administrative tasks. The weekly schedule will consist of 32 hours of clinical, patient-facing time and 8 hours of administrative time.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in providing patient-facing care in a community practice. We look for candidates who possess relevant licensure, experience, skills, and competencies, as well as positive attitudes, innovative spirits, and genuine passion for the work.

Required qualifications include a Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies and a current New Hampshire state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
