**Role of the Customer Service Team Member:**

This position is vital for ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently for both counter and drive-thru services.

Our team members are expected to:

**Expectations for Team Members:**

  • Assist in the training and supervision of new team members.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

**Qualifications:**

All candidates must possess the ability to:

  • Communicate effectively in English.
  • Handle cash transactions competently.
  • Follow instructions and adapt as needed.
  • Work in a dynamic environment and move between various work areas.
  • Lift and carry moderate loads as required.
  • Operate restaurant equipment safely and effectively.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and fulfill job responsibilities.

**Preferred Experience:**

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with online ordering systems.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability for full-time work.
