Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Management and Program Analyst to join our team at the Department of Defense. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination and management of DTMO staff and work products, providing advice and recommendations to the Director of DTMO on operations and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, manage, and coordinate the execution of commercial passenger travel policies and programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate systems, policies, programs, and applications for effectiveness, quality, and progress in meeting program objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and coordination of resource requirements and advise leadership on the appropriate actions necessary to maintain an effective organization.
  • Exercise a high level of independence and wide latitude for independent judgment, innovation, and initiative.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for all DTMO business-related internal matters.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate operations through subordinate supervisors.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
  • Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
  • Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
