About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mathematical statistician to lead a team of analysts and provide technical guidance on statistical projects. Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate statistical projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and implement statistical models and methods to support the IRS's mission.
- Lead a team of analysts and provide technical guidance on statistical projects.
- Communicate results to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in statistical analysis, including experience with statistical software and programming languages.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
