Systems of Care Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Systems of Care initiative in the Department of Tribal Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive grant program, providing direct supervision, and ensuring grant compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the proposed System of Care grant program, including grant management, contract management, and communication with the SAMSHA Project Officer.
- Provide direct supervision to staff, establish the organizational structure, and hire personnel as needed.
- Lead the development and implementation of the SOC program, including grant reporting, grant submissions, and maintaining grant compliance.
- Coordinate with Project Evaluators, Lead Family Coordinator, Youth/Young Adult Coordinator, and Cultural Specialist to implement all aspects of the grant.
- Work with key individuals, YNBHS Clinical, and partnering agencies to ensure successful grant implementation.
- Collect data and information for annual reports to SAMHSA and monitor the progress of all components of the SOC grant project.
- Masters Degree in behavioral health/social services field or Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health/social services with 5 years of behavioral health experience.
- Experience with federal or state grants, including grant writing and development, implementation, and monitoring, and/or budget development and oversight.
- Supervisory experience required, with experience working with both Tribal and Non-Tribal providers.
- Must uphold strict confidentiality and pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License and be able to obtain a Yakama Nation Driving permit.
- Enrolled Yakama Preference.
- Experience working with grant projects and knowledge of system of care values.
