A leading global manufacturer is in search of a dedicated Process Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity. This role focuses on the initiation, commissioning, and implementation of various process enhancement initiatives.
The compensation is competitive and based on experience, reaching up to $130K, along with a comprehensive benefits package. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the installation and initiation of continuous rod systems.
- Acts as a site engineer, engineering coordinator, and start-up engineer for systems.
- Innovates new equipment and methodologies, including the selection and assessment of hardware and software.
- Imparts operational knowledge to clients through training, documentation, discussions, presentations, and other communication methods.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Experienced
- Minimum Experience: 3 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
