Resumen:

Requisitos:
Licencia de enfermera registrada en el estado correspondiente. Certificación BLS es obligatoria.
Horas: 36 horas controladas
Turno: Nocturno con fines de semana según sea necesario.

Responsabilidades:
1. Realiza evaluaciones de manera continua y sistemática, enfocándose en el estado fisiológico, psicológico y cognitivo del paciente.
2. Formula un plan de atención dirigido a objetivos, priorizando según el diagnóstico de enfermería y los resultados esperados.
3. Implementa la atención de manera competente, consistente y continua.
4. Establece prioridades en la atención al paciente basándose en sus necesidades esenciales y los recursos disponibles.
5. Evalúa la efectividad de la atención brindada y el progreso del paciente hacia los resultados deseados.
6. Identifica las necesidades de aprendizaje del paciente y de sus familiares, implementando medidas adecuadas para satisfacerlas.
7. Coordina funciones interdisciplinarias.
8. Cumple con todas las responsabilidades de cumplimiento relacionadas con el puesto.
9. Realiza otras tareas según se asignen.
