We are looking for a dedicated Medical Response Technician to become a part of our team as a Medical Specialist. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors at our donation center. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough physical assessments, documenting medical histories, and providing educational resources to donors to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations and maintain accurate medical records.
- Deliver informative sessions to donors about the donation process and health considerations.
- Assess and manage any donor-related injuries or complications that may arise.
- Support the training of new staff members and oversee the administration of health programs.
Qualifications:
- Must possess current certification or licensure as required by the state.
- Valid CPR certification is mandatory.
